Who I Work With
Adult and adolescent individuals, couples, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ to explore the various life factors that affect mental and emotional health imbalances. I help clients make the connection between root causal factors and the impact on their holistic health and wellness. My clients gain skills they can apply to live a better quality of life.
About
Along with the various modalities I apply in sessions based on each client’s unique needs, I begin with a person centered approach and take time to learn about my client and their experiences. My goal in therapy is not to diagnose, rather to explore the symptoms that are signaling imbalance within the mind and body, to work towards equilibrium.
I feel fortunate to be in this field as a provider with a rich cultural identity who is dedicated to decolonizing traditional therapeutic practices. It is important that everyone can connect with a therapist who aligns with who they are and understands their life experiences.
Off the Clock
