Each clinician reserves a limited number of sliding-scale slots (any rate below the standard fee) based on financial need. Please let us know during your consultation if you’d like to explore this option. $100 and above/Sliding Scale (limited availability for those with evidence of need) $160-$170 - Associate Rate (1-4 years of experience working under supervision) $185-$200 - Licensed Rate (4-7 years of experience) $225-$250 - Licensed Rate (8-15 years of experience) Insurance * A few of our clinicians are in network with select insurance plans. If we are not in-network with your specific plan, we can provide a superbill to you if you have a PPO with out-of-network benefits. You can contact your insurance plan to see if you qualify for benefits. I need a superbill for my PPO out-of-network benefits. I will be paying out of pocket.
