About
I’ve always been curious about people’s motivations, attachment styles, and the stories that shape who we become. I believe everyone carries a story that deserves to be heard and understood. My goal as a therapist is to create a comfortable, safe, and low-pressure space where my clients can slow down, process, and feel supported as they explore the details of their experiences and the bigger picture of their lives. I believe each person already holds the strength within them to heal, and I feel deeply honored to be invited on their healing journey.
My therapeutic style is patient, open, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are, moving at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. I strive towards work that feels grounded while holding space for reflection and exploration of deeper patterns. I have a strong interest in family histories and the ways our past influences our present, and I enjoy helping clients reach the core of their struggles while staying connected to their strengths.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed, and I have experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also enjoy incorporating creative and expressive tools such as art, sand tray, and journaling.
What sets me apart is my ability to hold space for each person’s unique story while helping them step back and see their experiences from a broader perspective. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can show up fully as yourself, feel genuinely supported, and begin moving toward lasting change.
Off the Clock
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and writing. I have a deep love for animals and enjoy spending time with my dog on hikes and at the beach.
