About

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to live with deep loss, and what it takes to heal. After losing my mom as a teenager and my dad as an adult, I found myself drawn  to help others through their own seasons of grief and change. That lived experience shaped not only my path, but also the way I practice: grounded in empathy, fueled by meaning-making, and committed to helping people feel less alone in their pain.

My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself, your story, and your strength. I believe healing happens in relationship, with ourselves and with others, and my goal is to co-create a space that feels safe, attuned, and real. I approach therapy as a warm, collaborative partnership where your wisdom is honored and your voice is central. Together, we’ll explore what’s showing up in your life, how it’s affecting you, and what it might look like to move toward the person you want to become.

My style is relational, creative, and process-oriented. I pull from Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, CBT, Person-Centered and Strengths-Based approaches, Gottman-informed tools, and Art Therapy to meet you where you are.

What sets me apart is my ability to hold space for the messy, in-between parts of life while gently helping you create meaning and momentum. I believe in the power of a sustainable support system and the deep transformation that can happen when we feel truly seen.

Whether you're grieving, navigating a major transition, or untangling patterns in your relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you—with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Off the Clock

I love backpacking! I prefer sleeping in a hammock over a tent because it's more comfortable. We take our two mini Australian Shepherds who have their own backpacks. If the hike includes a lake, I'm definitely interested!

I appreciate experiences and am grateful for the chance to travel worldwide. Being in different cultures teaches us a lot and helps us grow. Travel offers many chances to learn.

You can catch me outside soaking up the sun, going for a hike, or walking with a friend. I love thrifting, being creative, and quality time with the people i care about.
